Copper Pipe Heat Sink is a reliable and effective heat dissipation solution with a broad range of application in the industry. This heat sink features a high-performance process capability, including extrusion, skiving, CNC machining, stamping, forging, die-casting, FSW, soldering, brazing, anodizing, nick plating, and sand blasting. It is made of pure copper C1100 strips and pure aluminum board A1060, both with purity over 99.5% and 99.6% respectively, meeting JIS H3250-2006 and GB/T3880-2006 standards. Its part weight ranges from 330G to 1.5KG depending on the size, and is finished with anti anodizing for better corrosion-resistance. We provide customized OEM and ODM services, and specialize in producing microchannel heat sink, copper cpu heatsink, and microchannel heat sink design.
